Locus is a non-profit organization that guides local governments with their culture-management through workshops, books, etc.

For Locus we did the layout of a hands-on workbook to help those local governments to better implement a good management of their culture realted affairs.

The book contains case-studies, diagrams for structuring the flow of culture-management and much more.
