Haan - GMS: Print design for follow-up of diabetes patients

Haan - GMS are two groups of physicians in the greater Antwerp Area.

Seen Design created for them a practical folder that contains all that is needed for a physician guiding a diabetes patient to follow up his or her personal medical care as well as a filer that contains the needed information for the patient.

We also did the design of an invitation, answering card, and some other stuff.
